Manufacturing Engineer, Production

As Manufacturing Engineer in the Cleveland facility, you are responsible for providing engineering support to production processes within the plant by focusing on root cause analysis and preventative measures. Your scope will include sub-standard outputs, products that do not meet standards, and processes that need efficiency gains within manufacturing. Your responsibility takes on many forms and requires interaction with a multitude of different departments including technical, maintenance, planning, QA, RM procurement, and IT. You will interact with the operators and supervisors in each building. You will report to the assistant operations manager.Responsibilities:Investigate abnormalities in operations, discover root causes, and provide framework for preventative measures to department owners.Drive corrective actions and change initiatives to completionEngineer re-work streams for non-conforming productsAnalyze and audit operational data to recognize trends in adherence to standards.
