Overview Registered Nurse – Utilization Review Case Manager | Pocatello, Idaho, United States | Start 07/27/2026 | Assignment duration: weeks (travel - temporary) | Weekly pay $1,678 - $1,801 per week | No guaranteed hours | Shift: 5x8-hour days | Setting: hospital-based unit Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,678 - $1,801 per week Start date: 07/27/2026 Assignment duration: weeks Shift: 5x8-hour days Orientation: 24 hours Setting: hospital-based unit; patient population includes adults, pediatrics, geriatrics Responsibilities Medical necessity determination and utilization review for daily patient care plans Discharge planning and transitions of care, including coordination with community resources Conduct continued stay reviews and concurrent review processes Care coordination, benefits eligibility, and handling appeals/denials as needed Timely, accurate documentation in the patient record, including initial screenings and discharge plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on plan-of-care changes and care coordination across services Requirements Active RN license in the state of Idaho or a Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 2 years of RN experience preferred in utilization review, case management, or discharge planning; previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Ability to work with adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient populations Onboarding requirements: core items/labs to be completed within 48 hours of contract signing; orientation modules completed onsite Benefits and Support Dedicated support throughout the assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing and streamlined onboarding Access to ongoing assignment support and resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
