Lead HR Business Partner

Kroger is hiring for an HR professional who will serve as the HR business partner to the store management team. You will manage staffing needs, run the Virtual Edge system for openings, and maintain a strong applicant pool. You will coordinate onboarding, training, and certification for new hires while maintaining employee morale and labor relations.
