Olympia Fields Hospital

Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with hospital leadership and manage day-to-day HR operations. You will guide onboarding, employee and leader development, and labor relations while ensuring policy compliance and a positive workplace culture. The role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, CBAs, and conflict resolution, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with department heads to align HR initiatives with #J-18808-Ljbffr
