Career Coach

Role Type: Contractor
Location: United States | Remote

We are seeking Career Coaches to support a professional development and AI training project. You'll use your career coaching expertise to participate in realistic one-on-one conversations. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations.
Provide guidance on career planning, job searches, interviews, and career transitions.
Support professional development and workplace challenges.
Use active listening, questioning, and strong communication skills.
Adapt coaching to different career goals and professional backgrounds.
Provide practical and supportive career guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or Mentor .
Hands-on experience in career planning, job searches, interviews, or professional development.

Ability to conduct engaging one-on-one coaching sessions.
Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversations.
