Job Description We are seeking Industrial Painters for a great career opportunity in the Green Cove Springs, FL area who will be responsible for maintaining technical equipment for the job and ensuring that they are in working order, using a wide array of painting tools including thin and thick brushes and airbrushes, among other duties. Overtime every week with a standard 50 hour work week means you earn over $800 per week! Schedule:1st Shift - Monday thru Friday, 5am to 3:30pm And Weekend Warrior - Friday to Monday 4am to 4:30pm Pay: $19-21, depending on experience Job Duties of the Industrial Painter:

Recruiting Manager
- Paint sheet metal components.
- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Maintain technical equipment for the job and ensure that they are in working order.
- Possess the ability to use an array of painting tools, including thin and thick brushes, airbrushes, and rollers.
- Safely dispose of chemical waste.
- Ensure that high safety standards are met.
- Utilize different painting techniques based on the nature of the surface.
- Utilize special safety equipment such as painting goggles.
- Use viscosity cups and thickness gauges to measure the amount of paint to be used and the texture of the paint.
- Paint small items and do touch-ups.
- Ensure proper ventilation after the paint is applied.
- Polish metallic surfaces.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Some experience painting with a spray gun.
- Proficiency with technical machinery.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Diligence and attention to detail.
- Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
