Receptionist / Client Service Representative
We're looking for a friendly, organized team member to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. If you enjoy helping people, multitasking, and creating a positive experience, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, texts, emails
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
- Support daily office operations
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
