Assistant Property Manager

Amesbury Gardens, located in Lawrence, MA, is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager. The property consists of 160 units. The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Leasing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, report preparation, work orders, processing invoices, event coordination, special projects, and overall office management. Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Skills & Requirements Your Qualifications At least 3 years of affordable housing (HUD Section 8) experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. COS certification is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
