Position Summary

At Impact Business Group, Recruiters are trusted career advisors who connect exceptional talent with outstanding organizations. This role involves partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs while building long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers.

The ideal recruiter enjoys networking, solving problems, and making life-changing career connections.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting leadership to prioritize open searches.
• Participate in client intake meetings to fully understand hiring requirements and company culture.
• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS and CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
