Commercial Concrete Construction Estimator | Summerville, SC

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator to join a growing team in Summerville, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong commercial concrete estimating experience. Tilt-Up and vertical construction experience is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Prepare estimates and pursue commercial concrete projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and digitize drawings using takeoff software.
• Analyze plans, specifications, scopes of work, and subcontractor proposals.
• Develop pricing, schedules, sequencing, formwork, rebar, and post-tensioning plans.
• Lead internal estimate review meetings and support project award preparation.
• Collaborate with field operations, safety, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients throughout the estimating process.
• Prepare client presentation materials, including pour plans, formwork plans, and 3D models.
• Price and reconcile drawing changes.
• Participate in post-bid interviews and occasional jobsite visits.
• Share lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve estimating and project execution.

What We're Looking For

• Direct commercial concrete construction experience.
• Estimating experience is required.
• Tilt-Up and/or vertical construction experience required.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to visualize 2D drawings in 3D and explain construction methods clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction or equivalent experience preferred.
