Digital Marketing Specialist – Onsite Role in Houston, TX About this position Flexible Lifeline Systems Inc. (FLS) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on digital marketing strategies, digital content creation, and CRM. The role is on-site in North Houston and requires U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship. We are looking for a specialist to own, lead, and scale our digital marketing efforts as part of a marketing team.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

SEM : Lead, develop, implement, and expand a paid search program, integrating it into larger integrated marketing campaigns. SEO & LLM Optimization : Lead development and execution of strategies to increase top‑10 keyword rankings and brand visibility within AI-generated responses, including content auditing and linking. Website Editing and Content Creation : Support website development, edits, and other ad‑hoc digital marketing tasks. Lead Generation : Use SEM, SEO, and AEO to generate MQLs and SQLs, implementing tactical plans to maximize quality leads that convert to sales funnel opportunities and revenue. Tactic level expertise : Serve as the subject matter expert for SEM, SEO, AEO, website maintenance, development, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI reports. Requirements SEM & SEO experience within a B2B marketing environment for solution‑based go‑to‑market strategies. Martech familiarity: comfortable with tracking data analysis tools, WordPress CMS, and Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools. Capability building backed by results: provide KPIs from past campaigns. 5+ years in paid search campaigns such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. 5+ years in SEO optimization strategies. 2+ years in LLM Optimization for Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini. 3+ years implementing SEO & SEM plans for high‑value B2B solutions. 3+ years experience with WordPress or related CMS. 3+ years in Digital Analysis & Reporting. 3+ years experience with Project Management tools.
