Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our long-standing and highly respected practice at the Ashwaubenon Clinic . This clinic offers a well-established patient panel , experienced support staff, and a collaborative team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

You will join a group of physicians who are passionate about improving health outcomes through innovation and team-based care , while fostering a positive work environment and exceptional patient experiences.

Position Highlights

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:
• 40 hours/week
• 32 patient-facing hours
• Typically a 4-day work week
• Monday-Friday clinic schedule
• Call ~1:35
• No weekends or holidays , except limited call coverage
• Patient Volume: ~18+ patients per day
• Teaching opportunities with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin - Green Bay
• EMR: EPIC with remote access

Practice Details

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine
• Established and stable patient base
• Care for patients across all ages
• Collaborative, team-based care model , providing enhancements like:
• Provider efficiency
• Patient experience
• Work-life balance
• Overall physician satisfaction
