As a Customer Success Manager II, you will be responsible for: Managing the full renewal lifecycle, including quoting, negotiation, and contract closure. Ensuring accurate renewal forecasting and tracking within the CRM system. Fostering relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and external stakeholders. Identifying and acting upon product upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Monitoring engagement to identify at-risk accounts and mitigate potential churn. Collaborating with operations to identify and implement process optimization improvements. To be successful in this role you will: Have experience in public sector sales, renewals, or account management. Show evidence of success in technology sales or customer success roles. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintain organizational skills for managing high-volume portfolios and deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency with CRM software and office productivity tools. Apply a proactive, solutions-focused approach to handling complex situations. For US based candidates only - The On Target Earnings (OTE, base salary + commissions) for this position ranges from $100,700 - $181,300/year; a candidate's OTE is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
