Estimator Location: OK Yukon-Ranchwood Blvd - 150024 Job Overview The Estimator’s main responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates, coordinating repair needs, and maintaining clear communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities Document and update every customer interaction efficiently and accurately. Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process. Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics. Adhere to WOW Operating Way procedures for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery. Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Present positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone. Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required. Support all team members when needed. Attend health & safety meetings, training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager. Maintain the store’s KPIs by maximizing performance in the role. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1‑year experience in a similar role. Knowledge of repairs and OEM guidelines. Basic computer skills. Understanding of insurance programs and procedures. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to complete I‑CAR training. Skills & Abilities Awareness of where to look for answers regarding repairs and documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well with a team and maintain customer focus. Physical Demands Physical demands of this job must be met to successfully perform the essential functions. This position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
