• Salary Range : Pre-tax USD 80,000 – 100,000 per annum, negotiable based on candidate’s experience and qualifications
• Core Position Positioning : Oversee external transportation and internal logistics coordination of the campus, ensuring logistics safety and operational efficiency

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Full Lifecycle Management of Logistics Suppliers

• Manage the entire process of logistics supplier recruitment, evaluation, bidding, contract signing and follow-up management, and establish and maintain a qualified supplier directory.
• Lead transportation bidding, price comparison and supplier performance appraisal; regularly evaluate the transportation service quality of contracted fleets, compile evaluation reports, drive optimization and rectification, and continuously improve logistics service quality.
• Oversee compliance management, modification and filing of supplier contracts, strictly enforce cooperative terms, and ensure all logistics cooperation complies with local U.S. industry regulations and internal company management systems.

2. Full-process Transportation Management & Exception Handling

• Overall oversee the campus’s external transportation business, covering the full-process management of U.S. domestic line-haul transportation and import & export transportation; strictly control transportation timeliness, safety and compliance to ensure smooth business operation.
• Formulate reasonable daily dispatching plans based on campus production and shipment demands; follow up the entire transportation execution process, coordinate with fleets to resolve various emergencies including theft, delay, cargo damage and route abnormalities during transit, and fully guarantee the transportation safety of high-value copper cargoes.
• Regularly collect and sort out core transportation data of fleets, analyze problems and strengths in transportation operations, compile standardized transportation feedback reports, and provide data support for corporate transportation route optimization, freight rate adjustment and supplier iteration and upgrading.

3. Cost & Data Management

• Responsible for the verification and review of campus logistics and transportation expenses, standardize the expense settlement and payment application process, strictly control logistics costs, and ensure compliant, accurate and error-free fund expenditure.
• Optimize transportation routes and freight rate standards continuously based on U.S. local logistics market conditions and campus business demands; update transportation cost ledgers regularly and deliver monthly and quarterly logistics cost analysis reports.
• Establish a standardized logistics data filing system, fully archive all logistics-related documents including supplier materials, transportation documents, cooperation contracts and reconciliation vouchers, realizing standardized and traceable ledger management.

4. Campus Logistics Overall Coordination

• Coordinate logistics scheduling demands of multiple product lines (all HCTI business lines), settled tenants and engineering teams within the campus; formulate unified campus logistics movement routes, operation specifications and scheduling standards to eliminate operational disorder.
• Proactively connect with the campus hardware raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, recycled copper business segment, engineering construction teams and all settled tenants; coordinate the logistics operation rhythm of all parties to avoid cross-operation conflicts and comprehensively improve the overall logistics operation efficiency of the campus.
• Promulgate the company’s logistics management rules and operation requirements to campus tenants, coordinate and manage tenants’ in-house logistics teams to comply with unified campus logistics scheduling, and maintain an orderly, standardized and efficient campus logistics operation environment.

5. System Construction & Team Support

• Assist the leader of the Headquarters Logistics Management Department in drafting, revising and improving logistics management systems, operation procedures and risk control specifications for the U.S. campus, ensuring compliance with local U.S. regulations and corporate management standards.
• Put forward reasonable suggestions on staffing and team optimization for logistics scheduling positions based on campus logistics business development demands, guide the daily work of the scheduling team, and build an efficient on-site logistics execution system.
• Complete other campus logistics management tasks assigned by superiors.

III. Job Requirements

1. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Transportation Engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of communicating and cooperating with U.S. local suppliers and cross-departmental teams for business and daily work without barriers.
• Possess valid U.S. work authorization and be able to work on-site at the U.S. campus on a long-term and stable basis.

2. Core Work Experience

• Over 10 years of comprehensive logistics management experience in large logistics enterprises or industrial parks, including no less than 3 years of local U.S. campus logistics overall management experience.
• Proficient in the full-spectrum operation of U.S. domestic line-haul transportation and import & export logistics; familiar with U.S. logistics industry laws and regulations, transportation insurance rules, on-site safety management, and anti-theft & risk control systems for high-value cargo transportation.
• Experienced in overall logistics scheduling for multi-business lines and cross-team collaboration; capable of independently judging and resolving various risks and emergencies in high-value cargo transportation scenarios.
• Candidates with experience in industrial park logistics overall operation, third-party fleet management, logistics project bidding, and logistics cost control are highly preferred.

3. Core Competencies & Personal Traits

• Possess outstanding overall planning, workflow arrangement and resource integration capabilities; excel in cross-departmental and multi-stakeholder coordination as well as business negotiation.
• Familiar with logistics cost accounting, freight rate system establishment and data analysis; demonstrate strong data sensitivity and rigorous cost control awareness.
• Excellent risk management capabilities; able to proactively identify potential risks in logistics transportation and on-site scheduling, and efficiently respond to all types of unexpected emergencies.
• Meticulous, responsible and result-oriented with strong pressure resistance, execution and problem-solving skills, able to adapt to the complex and dynamic operational scenarios of campus logistics.

IV. Supplementary Job Notes

• This is a core campus logistics management role, focusing on end-to-end coordination between warehouse operations and external transportation, as well as overall campus logistics system control and optimization.
• Additional logistics specialist positions will be allocated as business volume grows to support daily dispatching, data statistics and transportation progress tracking.
