Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee - Leads Provided, Training & Mentorship Available

As a Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee, you'll learn how to generate and convert leads, work with buyers and sellers, show properties, and manage transactions from start to finish. You'll receive hands-on coaching and practical training designed to help you build confidence, stay consistent, and become productive as quickly as possible.

This opportunity is ideal for people who are coachable, motivated, and excited to grow in a team environment. Whether you're newly licensed or actively working toward your real estate license, we'll provide the structure and support needed to help you build a successful career. No prior real estate experience is required.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity with upside earning potential.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

$115,500 - $196,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients through provided leads, building trust and rapport to understand their real estate needs.
• Conduct property showings, offering insightful advice and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive results.
• Manage the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Utilize our proven systems to efficiently track and manage client interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with buyers and sellers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, fostering positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in South Dakota.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and transactions.
• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to track and manage leads and sales activities.
