- Compensation: $275,000 base salary
- Schedule: 4 days per week8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient (80% / 20%)
- Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
- Health, Dental, Vision
- $3,500 annual CME allowance
- 3 weeks PTO Retirement plan
