Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26/27 school year, serving multiple locations across a vibrant and diverse county. This role supports students in a range of educational settings, with the district encompassing areas from El Dorado Hills to Camino. Flexibility is key, as site assignments may change throughout the semester and location details will be confirmed in May. Ideal candidates are comfortable with travel and thrive in an itinerant role.

Professionals with their CCC, as well as CFs and SLPAs seeking supervision, are encouraged to apply. The district offers a supportive environment, working with a variety of caseloads from mild to moderate, with the possibility of some severe needs. Experience with California school systems and familiarity with SEIS is preferred, and only the standard California SLP license is required—no additional district-specific certification necessary.

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license required
• CCC certification preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows
• Experience with school-based caseloads, both mild/moderate and potentially severe
• Comfort with travel and adapting to changing assignments across sites
• Familiarity with SEIS and California school procedures is a plus
• Willingness to provide or receive supervision (on-site requirement)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to assigned students
• Manage and document caseloads in compliance with state/district standards
• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff
• Adjust to changing site assignments and travel as needed
• Contribute to IEP development and progress monitoring
