Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week
Pay: For Qualified Technicians up to $50/hour
Signing Bonus: Up to $5,000
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Class 8 trucks and equipment engine, aftertreatment, electrical, drivetrain, HVAC, brakes
- Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
- Use OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot and resolve faults efficiently
- Document repairs accurately and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
- Mentor newer technicians and help build the next generation of our shop
- Keep your bay and the shop clean, organized, and safe
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a diesel technician in a dealership, fleet, or independent shop
- Ability to diagnose independently and see a repair through to the finish
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required)
- Your own hand tools we supply the specialty and diagnostic equipment
- ASE and/or OEM certifications welcome; we'll pay to advance them
