Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives and operational improvement efforts. This role collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate organizational needs, analyze complex information, and develop technology-driven solutions that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, project leadership experience, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective system and process improvements.ResponsibilitiesLead complex business and systems initiatives by evaluating current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with organizational goals.Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to gather requirements, establish priorities, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.Manage project planning and coordination activities, including timeline development, risk assessment, issue resolution, and successful implementation of solutions.Analyze large and complex datasets using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and other reporting and analytics platforms to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.Evaluate system performance, data integrity, and workflow effectiveness to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall business outcomes.Develop and execute testing strategies for systems and applications, ensuring issues are identified, documented, and resolved prior to deployment.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members by promoting best practices in business analysis, documentation, process improvement, and solution delivery.Conduct research, assess emerging business needs, and present findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solutions are successfully implemented and adopted.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of organizational objectives.
