Associate Recruiter – Overview As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in hiring various positions for Swire Coca-Cola. You will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and human resources peers to identify top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position provides recruitment expertise and guidance to a variety of stakeholders. This role is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a best‑in‑class and highly motivated workforce. Responsibilities Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants Deliver full‑cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short‑listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient Assist stakeholders with conducting on‑time, quality candidate reviews and activities Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required 1+ years Experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition required Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, etc.) Pre‑employment Screening Due to the nature of our work and to help maintain a safe workplace for our employees and customers, after a candidate receives a conditional offer of employment, they will be required to complete pre‑employment screening. This includes a criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review. Screening results are evaluated based on several factors, including the nature and severity of an offense, how much time has passed, the relevance to the position, patterns of repeated offenses, and driving history for roles that require operating a vehicle.
