We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll, a solid understanding of general accounting principles, and be proficient in QuickBooks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, accurate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Location: Thibodaux, LA

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties.
• Reconcile payroll and accounting discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and maintain organized financial records.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll administration experience required.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent mathematical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• Weekly Pay
• Pay Schedule: Monday Sunday
