High-Volume Restaurant GM - Lead Team, Flexible Schedule

General Manager Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. They work with their leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helps them set goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching to improve the departments. The General Manager may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective team for the future. Department Manager Responsibilities Guest Service Department Manager: ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and organizes the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru. Kitchen Department Manager: ensures quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Manager: hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules to meet sales and profit goals, and fosters motivation and recognition. Qualifications Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience at high‑volume locations, preferably with a background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned or franchise‑owned restaurant.
