Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training programs for employees across various departments and levels of the organization. Deliver onboarding, compliance, leadership, professional development, and operational training programs. Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to identify training needs and support workforce development initiatives. Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials, presentations, job aids, and learning resources. Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Support leadership development and succession planning programs by facilitating workshops and learning sessions. Maintain accurate training records and ensure completion of required learning activities. Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development. Support organizational change initiatives through training and communication efforts. Stay current on adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve training delivery.

Qualifications And Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or organizational development. Demonstrated experience delivering training programs to diverse employee groups. Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
