Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm , is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex real estate transactions and working alongside a collaborative team on high-profile matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing

• 5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience

• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions

• Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes

• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork

• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including analysis of title, survey, zoning, and other real estate-related matters
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients
• Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $257,000–$365,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
