This position goes beyond traditional calendar management — it requires serving as a trusted partner who enables leaders to focus on high-impact initiatives while ensuring the seamless execution of critical business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in ambiguity, and can confidently navigate shifting priorities with discretion and professionalism. You will provide proactive support by anticipating needs, streamlining communication, and coordinating complex logistics across global time zones. This highly visible role is integral to the fast-paced Devices organization, requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
