Recruiting Admin - Primoris Energy Services - Deer Park, Texas

Job Overview As a Craft Recruiting Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Craft Recruiting team while serving as the first point of contact for candidates, employees, and visitors in the Deer Park office. Responsibilities Provide front office support by greeting visitors, candidates, and employees while maintaining a professional reception area. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist with general office inquiries. Support Craft Recruiters and the Recruiting Manager with day‑to‑day administrative activities. Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview scheduling, onboarding requirements, and start‑date information. Assist in coordinating pre‑employment activities including drug screens, background checks, and other required screenings as assigned. Assist with collecting and tracking I‑9 documentation and other onboarding paperwork. Support recruiting events, hiring events, career fairs, and workforce outreach initiatives by coordinating logistics, candidate check‑in, and event materials. Assist with special recruiting projects and process improvements as assigned. Provide general administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3–5 years of administrative, customer service, recruiting support, or office experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Workday or other HRIS/ATS systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and customer‑service mindset.
