Growth Director: Senior Organizing Leader

The role reports to the Organizing Director and leads senior organizers, with a focus on scalable growth and durable worker power. The ideal candidate has extensive organizing leadership experience, a deep understanding of NLRB processes, and a proven ability to manage complex campaigns, budgets, and staffing in a fast-paced environment.
