Import AutoWerks is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. We are a locally owned, independent European automotive repair facility specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and electric vehicles. Family owned business

This is an opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, working with advanced diagnostic equipment, and delivering high-quality repair work in a professional, well-equipped shop environment. We do things differently here at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that has been proven to create an enviroment that is free from chaos and Drama. Your not a tech number but a valued Employee .

Compensation & Benefits

• $40.00 – $60.00 per hour (DOE) based on experience, certifications, and diagnostic skill level

• 5 Day work Week

• 50-70 hours of work customer pay work ( no dealer warranty work )

Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Day shift hours
• NO WEEKENDS

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services on imported and European vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using modern diagnostic tools and equipment
• Complete thorough inspections and document findings accurately
• Perform repairs including brakes, suspension, engine, cooling systems, and related systems
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with service staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
• Experience with European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI) preferred
• Technical training or ASE certifications a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
