Occupational TherapistLocation: Walla Walla, WA | Acute CareSchedule / Job Type: Contract | Days | 5×8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:00) | OnsiteKey Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy services within a short-term acute care / Level III Trauma Center settingFloat between units as needed to support patient care across the facilityMaintain expected patient ratios of approximately 8–9:1Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomesDocument patient care using Epic electronic health recordsParticipate in a rotating weekend schedule (approximately one weekend per month) with compensatory days providedRequired Qualifications:Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license — must be in hand at time of submissionMinimum of 1 year of acute care experience requiredStrong work ethic with demonstrated ability to collaborate as a team playerWillingness to commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals may be considered under separate terms)2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to startPreferred Experience / Skills:Inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plusFamiliarity with Epic charting systemExperience working in a trauma center or high-acuity hospital environmentWhy Join Us:Work in a dynamic acute care environment at a Level III Trauma Center with no on-call requirements and no parking feesRotating weekend schedule includes compensatory days, supporting a balanced work experienceAbout Us: All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
