Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and sophisticated laboratory tests across diverse fields—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established standards and procedures.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure the upkeep and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the procurement of specimens and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Thoroughly document all lab procedures, onboard new team members, and help maintain laboratory quality expectations.
• Uphold a clean and secure working environment while following industry regulations and accreditation standards.

Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health discipline plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of joining. Maintain your certification actively during employment.

Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork within healthcare settings. Adept at making independent judgments and resolving issues, particularly in fast-paced or challenging scenarios.
