Description – What You'll Be Responsible For

• Conduct both standard and complex clinical laboratory analyses—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—according to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff members, and actively contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable degree in allied health, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
