Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address patients' goals and requirements, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
• Manage an individualized patient caseload, providing targeted therapy interventions at a rate of one patient per hour.
• Utilize your specialized experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to offer effective therapeutic treatments aimed at restoring mobility and improving range of motion.
• Develop and implement cost-effective treatment strategies that prioritize functionality while reducing reliance on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Create comprehensive and tailored care plans that integrate various treatment methods, including manual therapy and exercise protocols.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs that foster patient engagement and promote lasting health improvements.
• Monitor treatment outcomes, providing ongoing evaluation and documentation of patient progress to adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients, encouraging their motivation and engagement throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and optimized outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• An unblemished professional record without any history of disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, essential for effective patient treatment.
• Exceptional skills in developing tailored exercise protocols that meet individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to document patient interactions and treatment data.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
