This estimator role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on roofing work, and takes pride in delivering accurate estimating solutions backed by strong customer service. As an estimator, you will split your time between the field and office, performing site visits, gathering measurements, and preparing detailed estimating proposals for commercial roofing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site evaluations for commercial roofing projects and gather accurate measurements for estimatingDevelop detailed estimating proposals for roofing systems, materials, and laborCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scope and executionMaintain strong customer service throughout the estimating process, from initial contact to proposal deliveryCommunicate effectively with clients, providing clear expectations and roofing solutionsManage multiple estimating projects while maintaining accuracy and deadlinesQualifications2+ years of commercial roofing experience1–2 years of estimating experienceKnowledge of low-slope roofing systemsAbility to climb ladders and work at heightsValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screenStrong attention to detail and customer service skillsWork Environment & ScheduleThis estimator position is on-site with local travel to roofing job sites using a company-provided vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime required as needed and two Saturdays per month from April through October.
