Staff DFT Design Engineer - HBM & Test Architect

Micron Technology is seeking a Staff DFT Design Engineer responsible for designing and validating high-performance High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) architectures. Key responsibilities include implementing DFT architectures and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust test coverage. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in digital design, DFT concepts, and relevant education in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
