Physician, Pediatric Cardiology

Pediatric Cardiologist – Assistant/Associate/Professor Rank West Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, seeks a qualified Pediatric Cardiologist to join the Southern West Virginia community. The successful candidate will practice in all areas of pediatric cardiology at outreach clinic sites in Beckley, Princeton, and/or Morgantown as an extension of WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s Heart Center of Excellence. Responsibilities Practice in outpatient clinics, emergency department, inpatient consults, and provide on‑call coverage for surrounding system hospitals. Deliver educational activities for medical students, residents, and fellows. Participate in telemedicine clinics, outreach diagnostic testing, and Continuing Care initiatives. Travel to additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania as operationally required. Qualifications MD, DO, or foreign equivalent with eligibility for a West Virginia medical license. Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology. Experience suitable for appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank. Additional Information Location: 122 12th Street, Princeton, West Virginia. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
