This role offers flexibility in where you work, with opportunities to provide services in our Glendale, AZ center, in clients' homes, or through a combination of both settings. Whether working center-based, home-based, or across both environments, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical care and helping children achieve meaningful outcomes. Clinical Responsibilities Assist in conducting client assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, and support ongoing skill evaluations Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate behavioral data and adjust support based on client progress Support parent and caregiver training and collaborate with BCBAs, families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure full compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer requirements What Sets You Apart Required ActiveBCaBAcertification in good standing and a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Reliable transportation when travel is required and authorized to work in the United States Nice to Have Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based settings Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems Naturally connects with families, meets them where they are, and makes them feel heard and supported How We Set You Up for Success At Applied ABC, we combine strong clinical leadership with operational support so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.
