Parts Specialist

CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Lincoln, RI to identify a Parts Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in supporting parts distribution, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy balancing customer service with operational responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Process parts orders, quotes, repairs, returns, and retrofit requests received via phone and email. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and requests. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships. Support shipping and logistics activities, including arranging deliveries through carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Participate in an on-call rotation for customer support and emergency parts requests. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. SAP experience is a plus. Microsoft Office 365 experience is a plus. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM One evening shift per week until 6:00 PM Weekend on-call rotation approximately once every six weeks What's in It for You?
