Working together, we respectfully address the comprehensive needs of our patients and their families.About the Critical Care Float Pool at Southdale Hospital:As a RN on our team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple units!You will float to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and the Emergency Department (ED).In a less frequent capacity - may float to Neuro, Cardiac Telemetry, Surgical, and IMC units.There may be additional opportunity to cross train more areas if needs dictate, such as Post-Partum, EmPath, Endoscopy, etc.We are looking for an engaging, standout colleague who is able to multitask optimally and connect with our wonderful, strong team of dedicated nurses!Schedule: This position will be working 0.75 FTE (60 hours every two weeks). The shift length will be 12 hours on the night shift (7pm– 7:30am). This position will also work a rotation for every 3rd weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act.
