Job Overview

A law firm seeks a litigation counsel with over 8 years of experience to join their Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate litigation, with a preference for eminent domain experience.

Duties

Draft pleadings and legal documents.
Conduct depositions and prepare discovery.
Review and analyze title documents.
Manage significant projects independently.

Requirements

8+ years of litigation experience.
Admission to the State Bar of California.
Proven research and writing skills.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
