Enhance students’ communication abilities and well-being by supporting various parochial schools throughout the county. This part-time contract is ideal for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a meaningful impact during the school year. Work three days per week, February through the end of the school year, traveling between educational settings near Monroe and Taylor, MI.

Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Clinical Certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
• Experience or genuine interest in providing school-based speech and language services
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to travel to multiple schools within the county
• Collaborative approach when working with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct treatment and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct assessments to identify and document strengths and needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with local and state guidelines
• Provide consultative support to teachers and families
• Maintain timely and accurate records while complying with all regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
