Make a difference in the 2024-2025 school year, supporting students’ growth and communication skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment near Westland, MI. Both full-time and part-time scheduling options are available, allowing you to tailor your professional life to your needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending Michigan SLP licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Prior experience working in school settings (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to efficiently complete evaluations, maintain records, and develop IEPs
- Comfort working with diverse student populations
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and document students’ communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Track and report progress objectively and regularly
- Communicate and partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
