Now Hiring: Unit ManagerWe are a reputable nursing home facility in Pennsylvania dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Manager to join our team and help us uphold our commitment to excellence in resident care.Position OverviewAs the Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the nursing unit and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff and oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit.- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.- Monitor resident health status and coordinate medical care as needed.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and provide support to nursing staff.- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.- Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families regarding clinical issues and nursing best practices.Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in geriatric nursing care.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.Benefits- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
