If you think you have what it takes to manage our day-to-day business development and new membership sales program at 9Round Katy, and be part of the fastest growing fitness franchise in the nation, then, this position is for you. No kickboxing experience needed. This position will be a primarily commission based role, so earning opportunities are endless! This role could be full or part time. The Role Increase awareness of the fitness studio in the local community, focusing on a radius of approximately 2 miles from each studio location. Register potential new members for communication from the studio closest to their home. Schedule first time workouts for potential new members at the studio closest to their home. The Workout 9Round is a semi-private wellness studio that offers a 30 minute, high intensity kickboxing based workout. The first 9Round workout is always free. There are no class times at 9Round and memberships come unlimited workouts. The workout changes every day. A trainer is always included with the 9Round workout. Member to trainer ratio is never more than 9 to 1, and usually 4 to 1 or less. Key Success Factors Proficient at passive customer sales. Excellent communication skills.
