Sr Marketing Manager

Remote or Onsite/ Hybrid - Edinburgh, IN Compensation DOE: 125-150k Position Overview: We're partnering with a growing global manufacturer seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead its U.S. marketing function and help drive the next phase of growth. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than manage campaigns. You'll work closely with executive leadership, sales, engineering and operations to identify new markets, develop go-to-market strategies, strengthen the brand and turn market opportunities into measurable business growth. What You'll Do as a Sr Marketing Manager: Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy Identify new markets, applications, customer segments, and growth opportunities Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight initiatives Develop positioning, messaging, and differentiated value propositions Own go-to-market strategies for new products, solutions, and market opportunities Lead product launches and commercialization initiatives Drive demand generation through digital marketing, content, events, trade shows, and targeted campaigns Partner closely with Sales to develop tools, messaging, presentations, and market insights Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership Establish marketing KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impact Manage the marketing budget and prioritize investments Lead and develop a small marketing team What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including leadership responsibility Experience within manufacturing, industrial products, engineered products, packaging or a similar B2B environment Strong background in market development, product commercialization and go-to-market strategy Proven ability to identify and develop new market opportunities Experience translating technical products into compelling customer value propositions Strong strategic, analytical and executive communication skills Experience leading and developing marketing professionals Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus At Morales Professional, we believe careers are more than jobs, they are opportunities to build better futures.
