TMT Investment Banking VP — M&A & Capital Markets Leader

Mizuho is seeking a New York City based TMT Investment Banking Vice President. The VP will take a lead role in designing, originating, structuring and executing M&A, equity and debt capital markets for Mizuho's clients. A VP is expected to identify industry trends and direct junior resources to produce pitch and deal materials for client deliverables.
