Now, we're scaling and looking for a seasoned Director, Onboarding & Solution Design to oversee the full onboarding and technical integration lifecycle for our enterprise clients.

This position can be on-site, hybrid or remote (US).

WHAT’S THE CHALLENGE

\n

\n

The Director, Onboarding & Solution Design will design tailored solutions, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and act as the senior client-facing lead throughout implementation. You will ensure smooth project execution, scalable integration delivery, and effective handover to post‑launch teams while contributing to continuous improvement across our onboarding and solution design processes.

The position reports to the Director of Enterprise Solutions & Strategic Growth. The incumbent will work closely with clients, product managers, integration managers and development teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

\n

\n

Solution Design & Pre‑Sales Support

\n

\n

\n
• Analyze client requirements and design end‑to‑end payment solutions aligned with global payment standards.
\n
• Explain APIs, SDKs, and developer tools to prospects; demonstrate platform capabilities across multiple use cases.
\n
• Produce solution blueprints, technical specs, and vertical‑specific solution packages.
\n
• Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and translate business needs into technical integration requirements.
\n

Client Onboarding Leadership

\n
• Own the full onboarding project from contract signature through go‑live.
\n
• Coordinate internal reviews across Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
\n
• Ensure timely backend configuration (API keys, portal access, environment setup).
\n
• Act as the senior client point‑of‑contact during onboarding, ensuring a world‑class delivery experience.
\n

Technical Integration Management

\n

\n

\n
• Lead all integration activities with client technical teams, ensuring seamless connectivity with APIs, gateways, and third‑party services.
\n
• Troubleshoot integration issues using industry‑standard tools and best practices.
\n
• Manage service tickets, SLAs, and technical escalations.
\n
• Set project timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of complex implementations.
\n

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

\n
• Partner closely with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Developer Experience teams globally.
\n
• Feed client insights into product improvement cycles and feature prioritization.
\n
• Participate in post‑launch debriefs to ensure continuous improvement of onboarding, integration, and documentation processes.
\n

Post‑Launch Support & Relationship Management

\n

\n
• Oversee the transition to Account Management and Operations teams.
\n
• Maintain periodic touchpoints with customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction and solution optimization.
\n
• Identify opportunities to enhance or expand client usage.
\n

Innovation, Standards & Best Practices

\n
• Keep ahead of emerging trends in cross‑border payments, APIs, and solution architecture.
\n
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, documentation standards, and integration best practices.
\n
• Drive consistent delivery quality and scalable processes across global onboarding and integration..

WHAT YOU BRING

\n

\n

\n
• 8+ years of progressive experience in fintech, payments, enterprise SaaS implementation, solution architecture, or technical service delivery.
\n
• Strong technical acumen, including hands‑on experience with API integrations, microservices architecture, and technical troubleshooting.
\n
• Deep understanding of cross‑border payments, treasury processes, payment networks, and global regulatory considerations.
\n
• Ability to assess complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
\n
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end enterprise onboarding, integration projects, or technical implementations with strict timelines.
\n
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
\n
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business Development.
\n
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and enterprise integration best practices.
\n
• Strong ability to manage long‑term projects, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
