Position Summary:

\n

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will play a critical part in supporting full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.
\n
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruiting strategies and identify top talent.
\n
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations throughout the interview process.
\n
• Audit talent acquisition reports against open requisitions and new hire activity to ensure data accuracy.
\n
• Meet weekly with hiring managers and business leaders to review open positions, hiring progress, and recruiting priorities.
\n
• Maintain daily communication with HR Business Partners and business leaders regarding backfills, new positions, and recruiting activity.
\n
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
\n
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ADP Lyric) and other recruiting platforms.
\n
• Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects as assigned.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
\n
• Experience recruiting within the fashion or retail industry preferred.
\n
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Lyric preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
\n
• Ability to recruit for challenging and hard-to-fill positions while partnering directly with executives and senior leadership.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

The salary range for this position is: $85,000 - $110,000

\n
