Project Coordinator in Dallas

Digi Security Systems is an industry leader in the design, installation and support of custom video surveillance, electronic access control, intrusion detection and fire solutions for companies of all sizes. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our Dallas Operations team. The role involves communicating with external and internal partners, scheduling technicians, and ensuring a seamless installation process. Exceptional customer service is the most important function, and the coordinator must be flexible, resourceful, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities Communications: Keep external partners informed of progress and collaborate internally with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from planning to completion. Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Branch Management on planned installations and respond quickly to partner needs. Scheduling: Schedule technician teams and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to partners, ensuring all parties have necessary information. Service Dispatching: Respond calmly and decisively to service calls, summarizing information verbally and in writing, and dispatch field personnel based on priority. Customer Service: Respond calmly, kindly, and professionally to all customer inquiries and concerns, relaying needs to key stakeholders promptly. Data Tracking: Track customer communications, update billing information, verify technician time entries for accuracy, and forward completed work to invoicing for payment.
