And your potential has no ceiling.We would love for you to explore what is possible at HUB International.We currently have an opportunity for an **Associate Account Executive** to join our **Commercial Lines** team in our **Berkeley Heights, NJ** office on a Hybrid work schedule.**Functions and responsibilities include:*** Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines* Check policy coverages and endorsement on all new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance* Complete specs, prepare proposals, policy summaries and reviews* Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing: Credit, Debit, Monthly reports* Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations* Liase with Accounting department on research and justification of premium charges as compared with endorsements and invoices* Handle or refer insureds and underwriter’s questions* Perform other specific duties as directed by the Account Executive* Pursue a program of professional development**Please apply to join us if you meet the following requirements:*** Less than 1 year related experience* Bachelor’s degree preferred* A valid P&C License* Detail oriented with good mathematical and communication skills* Ability to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance* Ability to work within designated time frames* Good interpersonal skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with an agency management system preferred**What We Offer You**At HUB International, we are invested in your success - both inside and outside of work.
